Small Works Exhibit (Competitive)

Good things come in small packages and this exhibit is no exception. Paintings, drawings, photography, sculpture, mixed media, and jewelry will be on display and for sale, making the perfect gift or filling that special little spot in your home.

Location: Broward Art Guild Gallery, 3280 NE 32nd Street, Fort Lauderdale, FL 33308

Gallery Hours: Wed., Fri., Sat., noon–9pm; Thurs., noon–6pm

Free Opening Reception: Saturday, December 2, 2023 5:30-8:30pm. Join us to cast a ballot for the People’s Choice award.

Exhibit Run Dates: November 22, 2023-December 15, 2023


Criteria for This Exhibit: All artwork to measure 14” or smaller, including frame. Open medium and style for 2D, 3D, and jewelry.

Note: After the usual 3 entries allowed, for this exhibit only, you can enter and additional 6 entries at $5.00 each (for a total of 9 entries).

Lark KeelerAbout the Judge, Lark Keeler

Lark Keeler is a museum educator at NSU Art Museum and a visual arts teacher at Saint Andrew’s Lower School. For over 20 years she has taught visual arts in schools and museums, working with students of all ages and abilities throughout South Florida. Keeler was awarded the Florida Art Education Association’s Museum Educator of the Year in 2010 and since has participated in the National Guild for Community Arts Education Leadership Institute and the National Art Education Association’s School for Art Leaders. She has received a certification in Mindfulness Fundamentals and is a certified MindUP educator. She now serves as a board member for the Florida Alliance for Arts Education, Florida Art Education Association’s Past-President, Secretary for the National Caucus on the Spiritual in Art Education, and as a member of the Delray Beach Public Art Advisory Board.
