A LIVE TIMED ART CREATION EVENT

@ Bonnet House Museum & Gardens (MAP)

Artists of all ages and abilities are welcome to participate!

Sunday April 28, 2024, 10:00PM – 1:00PM

SCHEDULE OF EVENT: Sunday, April 28, 2024

9:00am – Check-in and Register at Bonnet house in front of the welcome center. After check-in Artists may set up in any location of their choice in the grounds or courtyard as per map. All guests of the artist will not be allowed in till 11:00 am

10:00am – START OF THE QUICK DRAW (Horn will sound)

12:30pm – 1/2 hour remaining a volunteer will tell you that you have 30 minutes left.

1:00pm – Quick Draw Ends. Bring your artwork and easel, if you have one, to the designated area for Judging.

4:00pm – Bonnet house Closes.

When the Judging is over, photos of your work will be taken. Your work will be posted on the BAG social media pages, BAG website Sales Gallery and in the online store if you opt-in. You will take your work home and bring it to Broward Art Guild’s Gallery on May 1st, 2nd or 3rd from Noon – 6:00pm. Do not make any changes to the artwork. The finished artwork will be on display at the Broward Art Guild Gallery during our “Creatures in the Animal World” Exhibit from Saturday, May 4th through 17th. Pickup of unsold works will be May 17th from 2:00 – 4:00pm or Saturday May 18th from Noon – 2:00pm. (Awards will be presented Saturday, May 4th, around 7:45 during our Exhibit opening reception, from 5:30 – 8:30pm.)
